The Platform functions solely as a technology intermediary between users and independent providers.
SkinSync AI is not responsible for medical decisions, services, or outcomes provided by clinics or practitioners.

- Facial Scan and Image Processing
Users may upload or capture facial images using the Platform.
By submitting images, you grant SkinSync AI permission to:
- analyze facial images using artificial intelligence systems
- generate treatment simulations
- store images to support treatment history and platform functionality
Users represent that they have the legal right to upload any images submitted.
SkinSync AI does not claim ownership of user images but retains the right to process them to provide the services.
- Payments and Transactions
Users may purchase treatments or services through the Platform.
Payments may include:

- full treatment payments
- service fees
Transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers.
SkinSync AI is not responsible for disputes between users and clinics regarding treatment outcomes, cancellations, or refunds, although we may assist in dispute resolution.
