The operating system for aesthetic medicine
Patients who arrive ready.
SkinSync AI lets patients visualize a treatment simulation on their own face, understand their options, and connect with your clinic before they book. With AI-assisted consultation preparation and practice management tools in one platform, your team can spend less time explaining the basics and more time delivering care.
- Security and compliance program through Vanta
- Clinical Medical Director: double board-certified plastic surgeon
- Better patients, not just more leadsPatients who already understand their options and are further along in the decision.
- A decision, not an educationThe work moves earlier, so the consultation becomes a decision.
- One platform, built for aestheticsScheduling, CRM, records, photography, payments and follow-up in one place.
SkinSync AI on Inside Business

The platform
Built for aesthetics, not adapted to it.
Most practice software started as something else. SkinSync AI was built from the ground up for how aesthetic practices actually operate, bringing scheduling, CRM, records, photography, payments, and follow-up into one platform instead of six.

Everything your practice runs on, finally connected
Patient App
Patients scan, explore treatments and visualize a treatment simulation on their own face, then connect with your clinic. It brings practices new patients, not only the ones they already have.Simulations are illustrative and do not predict results. A licensed provider determines appropriate treatment.
Clinic CRM & EHR
Requests arrive with the scan and the areas of interest attached, then move through follow-up and booking into the patient record, where consents, photos and treatment history stay together.
Clinic App
The practice side of the platform. Your front desk manages the schedule, bookings, payments and follow-up across every provider, from one place.
Provider App
For the treating provider. Open the patient’s scan and treatment simulation beside them in the consultation, determine the appropriate treatment, and keep the record of each session.
Inside the clinic portal

The appointments calendar, with every consultation and session across your providers.

A consent form builder, so each treatment carries its own signed consent in the record.

Roles and permissions for owners, providers and front desk, each seeing what their role needs.

A product catalog for the injectables and devices your practice uses in its treatments.
The consultation
The consultation is where this industry loses money.
Patients arrive unsure of what they want, providers spend unpaid time explaining options, and a significant share of those appointments never convert. SkinSync AI moves that work earlier, so the patient arrives informed and the consultation becomes a decision rather than an education.
Better patients, not just more leads
The platform connects consumer demand directly to clinic operations, delivering patients who already understand their options and are further along in the decision.
Clinical judgment stays with the clinician
The platform supplies tools and insight, not decisions. Simulations are illustrative and do not predict results. A licensed provider determines appropriate treatment. Clinical responsibility rests with the independent provider.
Intake happens before the room
History, consents and the initial scan are captured on the patient’s phone and reach the provider’s screen without paper.
One record from request to follow-up
Scans, sessions, consents and appointments stay together in the patient record your team already works from.

“This gives providers more time to do what they actually love: injecting and creating amazing work for patients.”

The app
Visualize a treatment simulation on your own face.
No more guessing. Most people considering Botox or filler do not know which treatment fits their goals, what it should cost, what questions to ask, or which provider to trust. SkinSync AI helps you arrive informed.
Simulations are illustrative and do not predict results. A licensed provider determines appropriate treatment.

Prepare for your consultation before you walk in
With your consent, the app guides a front, right and left scan of your face, with real-time alignment so the capture is clear.

Visualize a treatment simulation on your own face
Explore an illustrative simulation of a treatment on your own face, so you can show your provider what you have in mind instead of pointing at a mirror and hoping it comes across.Simulations are illustrative and do not predict results. A licensed provider determines appropriate treatment.

Everything in one place
Treatment education, participating clinic discovery, transparent pricing, booking and payment with participating clinics, and treatment history, rather than five tabs and a referral from a friend.

Your provider still makes the call
SkinSync AI helps you prepare for your consultation and communicate with an independent licensed provider. The AI output is not medical care. Your provider examines you, decides what’s right for you, and performs the treatment.
Participating clinics
Find a participating clinic
For anyone who’s been curious but never booked. Maybe you’ve been thinking about it for a year and never made the call because you didn’t know where to start. This was built for you. Clinic participation is expanding: use the SkinSync AI app to find participating clinics and connect with the one you choose, or request your preferred clinic and help bring SkinSync to it.
Privacy, up front
Your face and your information stay protected
- HIPAA compliant
- Consent before any scan
- Delete your data any time
SkinSync AI is HIPAA compliant, the same standard your doctor’s office is held to, and a double board-certified plastic surgeon serves as Clinical Medical Director. Treatment decisions are made by independent licensed providers. You consent to any facial scan and can delete your data at any time.

What happens to your scan
Your face is scanned in the app only after you agree to the facial scan consent. The scan builds the face model behind your treatment simulation and is not used for anything else without your permission. SkinSync AI runs an ongoing security and compliance program through Vanta.
Who sees it
You do. A participating clinic sees your scan only when you send that clinic a consultation request. SkinSync AI staff can open a scan only to help with a support request you make, and SkinSync AI never sells face scans.
How long it’s kept
We keep your scans for 30 days unless you save them to your profile, and you can delete your data at any time. A clinic you sent a request to keeps it in your patient record under the clinic’s own records policy.
How to delete it
You can delete your data at any time. Delete a scan or your account in the app under Profile, or write to privacy@skinsyncai.com.
Clear claims
What the analysis does and doesn’t do
It does
- Read facial features from the scan you choose to take
- Show an illustrative treatment simulation of selected treatment areas on your own face, to help you prepare for a consultation
- Share your scan and request with a clinic you choose, when you choose
- Help the clinic prepare for your consultation
It doesn’t
- Diagnose any condition
- Prescribe treatment or recommend dosing, units or volumes
- Predict results. Simulations are illustrative, and a licensed provider determines appropriate treatment
- Provide medical care. The AI output is not medical care, and SkinSync AI does not supervise treatment
- Replace your provider. Your independent provider examines you, decides what’s right for you, and performs the treatment
