Effective November 4, 2026 | SkinSync AI Inc.
Opens the website's privacy controls so you can accept, reject or change optional categories at any time.
Technologies and purposes
SkinSync uses necessary technologies to operate the website, maintain security and remember privacy choices. Optional technologies support measurement and advertising on approved public website pages: Google Analytics measures website use; Google Ads tags support advertising measurement and advertising functions; and Meta Pixel supports advertising measurement and advertising functions. Depending on the tool, information can include browser/device identifiers, page and interaction information, and similar online activity data.
These tools are distinct from Google's email and clinic-search services, Twilio messaging, AWS hosting and Agora consultations. Consent to website cookies does not authorize private patient-data sharing or model training.
Your controls
Optional analytics and advertising tools are blocked until you accept the relevant optional categories. The website provides Accept, Reject and Manage Choices controls. You can revisit the website's privacy controls to change or withdraw your choices. Rejecting optional technologies does not disable necessary website functions. Clearing browser storage or using another browser/device may require you to set preferences again.
We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out signal for applicable advertising-related sale/sharing or targeted advertising. We apply that signal without requiring an account. Where advertising disclosures fall within a statutory definition of sale or sharing, your opt-out applies even if money is not exchanged. A general statement that we do not sell patient health data does not eliminate these website choices.
Sensitive-workflow exclusions
Google Analytics, Google Ads tags and Meta Pixel are excluded from intake, treatment requests, booking, simulations and authenticated app/portal screens, including sensitive workflows accessible before login. We do not transmit patient identities or treatment-interest audiences to external advertising platforms. Public page events must not include private health information, form contents, sensitive URL parameters or account identifiers merely because optional cookies were accepted.
Other choices and contact
Website cookie choices are separate from in-app personalization, promotional channels, clinic sharing and health/biometric permissions. To stop personalized platform offers, use the personalization control; to stop promotional email, SMS or push, use the respective preference or message opt-out. Independent clinic marketing is managed by that clinic.
